The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was                                                            
held in second reading from the May 14, 2007, calendar (page 1369),                                                             
would be moved to the bottom of the calendar:

     "An Act making and amending appropriations, including capital                                                              
     appropriations, supplemental appropriations, and appropriations to                                                         
     capitalize funds; ratifying certain expenditures; and providing for                                                        
     an effective date."
